Men And Earrings
Earrings are a great gift for men in the twenty first century. Men have been wearing earrings throughout history. Early men are said to have wore brass earrings and anklets. Ear piercing and even body piercing have been going on for thousands of years in different parts of the world. However during the nineteenth century fashion dictated that earring were no longer a unisex item and, as such, men were limited to cufflinks, watches and tiepins.
More recently however western men have begun to wear earrings again. This started with one hoop earring, but this has now extended to a variety of styles, including diamond studs in both ears. Eventually men will freely wear any type of earrings just as women do today. In today’s world, earrings for men are hugely back in fashion. It makes a man stand out boldly in a crowd.
Nowadays contrary to popular belief, there is now available a wide selection of earrings for men. They have a large choose from an assortment of studs or hoops and can even have the most expensive diamonds or funky costume jewellery.
